Level I

Red and Purple classes

18 months - 2.5 years

Maximum 7 students per class

1 teacher and 1 assistant between both classes

Nap time 12:15 pm-2:15 pm.

  • Supports development of social emotional skills

  • Encourages verbal language development (Providing attention, conversation and social interaction)

  • Encourages exploration and facilitates dramatic play.

  • Encourages basic independence (eating by him/her self, put toys away, etc.)

  • Encourages development of gross motor skill by good balance walking, running, doing gymnastics, riding a bike, etc)

  • Encourages art exploration by touching different textures, painting using different art techniques, making different type of dough, using clay, etc.

  • We support families in the potty training task.

Level II

Orange and Blue classes

2.5 - 3.5 years

Maximum 10 students per class

1 teacher and 1 assistant between both classes

  • In this level we encourage our students to develop enough fine motor skills to later start writing and reading numbers & letters in the next level.

  • Encourages thinking and problem solving.

  • We introduce early math concepts (same- different, matching or identifying hidden pictures/objects, etc)

  • By half of the scholastic year of this level our younger students have to be completely potty trained.

  • We encourage a good pronunciation and fluidity in the Spanish language by singing, talking and social interacting).

  • We continue developing  independence (eating by itself, put toys away, put their lunch supplies away after eating, helping to organize indoors & outdoors after use; when arriving, entering into their classroom by him/herself, and accommodate their belongings in his/her cabinet without the teacher or parents help, of course under supervision of the teacher.)

  • Our students will be able to enjoy gymnastics & dance twice a week, to help develop gross motor skills.

Level III

Yellow and Green classes

Pre-K Classes

3.5 - 4 years

Maximum 10 students per class

1 teacher and 1 assistant between both classes

  • Encourages thinking and problem solving, positive behavior and resilience.

  • In this level our students start their writing and reading letters in Spanish gradual experience. By the end of the year, our students are writing syllables in Spanish.

  • We introduce math concepts by gradually writing and reading numbers 0 to 10 (recognition of symbol and quantity belonging)

  • We introduce for first time the days of the week and months.

  • We encourage a good pronunciation, fluidity and improving vocabulary in the Spanish language.

  • We support our students to develop a good self-esteem having a sense of belonging, believing that they are capable, and letting they know that their contributions are important and valued by complementing the good actions and treating all our students with love and respect.

  • We continue developing independence by having their own box of supplies for first time, opening their own lunch boxes, saving the leftovers and putting their belongings in the class box belongings).

  • We support our student’s physical development by having gymnastics and dance twice a week.

  • With ONLY having done level 3, our students will be ready to start a brilliant kindergarten!

Level IV

Rainbow class

Kindergarten Class

4 - 5 years

Maximum of 10 students per class. 1 teacher and 1 assistant 

  • Encourages thinking and problem solving, positive behavior and resilience. What we are really trying to teach our students are: Life skills like: be meaningful, be able to cope with different emotions; develop awareness, and be respectful with their peers, adults & environment.

  • In this level our students are writing and reading: syllables, words, phrases and finally small sentences in Spanish. Our kindergarteners focus on school readiness by introducing children to specific academic subjects through teacher instruction and lively participation. The balance of teacher directed and student directed activities throughout the day is designed to instill a love of learning. Phonics, blending, decoding, sight words, journal writing, spelling tests, and story comprehension are all part of our Spanish language arts program and dramatic play.

  • We introduce math concepts by gradually writing and reading numbers 11 to 20 (recognition of symbol and quantity belonging), addition, subtraction & small fractions. Math concepts are taught and explored with manipulates and then reinforced through workbooks. Weekly science experiments are directly related to the phonics as are music and movement.

  • We introduce for first time the seasons, plus continue working on days of the week and months.

  • We encourage a good pronunciation, fluidity and improving advanced vocabulary in the Spanish language.

  • We continue supporting our students to develop a good self teem having a sense of belonging, believing that they are capable, and letting they know that their contributions are important and valued by complementing the good actions and treating all our students with love and respect.

  • We continue developing independence by having their own box of supplies, opening their own lunch boxes, saving the leftovers and putting their belongings in the class box belongings also by helping the teachers “supervising” the younger students during special occasions such as: the school performances & fiestas”, also the teachers will facilitate the students to develop self reliance in taking care of his/her personal needs.

  • We support our student’s physical development by having gymnastics and dance twice a week.

  • This level is the best option for students to complete our Curriculum and graduate MSV with a strong root and foundation in the Spanish language.
